Returns

Don’t love the piece you bought? No sense in holding onto an item you don’t love! You can absolutely exchange your full-price items for a gift card to be used on a future Good Morrow purchase.

Returns must be initiated via e-mail to returns@goodmorrowco.com with "RETURN" in the subject line along with your Order #.

Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for return. Discounted and sale items are final sale. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition. We reserve the right to refuse any return that doesn't meet the above conditions.

If an item arrives damaged, please let us know via e-mail within 5 days. Item must be unworn and unwashed to claim a damage. After 5 days, Good Morrow Co can no longer be responsible for damaged items.

Customer is responsible for ALL shipping and handling charges for their purchase and return and these charges are not refundable. 

All returns will be issued in the form of Good Morrow Co gift card. Because of the fast selling nature of Good Morrow Co, we cannot offer exchanges. If you return an item needing a different size, but feel free to use your gift card towards that item.
